We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our consultancy team.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands on experience in SAP FICO, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead SAP FICO implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, providing expert guidance on SAP FICO functionalities.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP FICO modules to meet client needs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and best practices, recommending improvements to existing processes.
• Mentor junior consultants and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Mandatory Skills:
• Strong expertise in SAP FICO with a minimum of 10 years of hands on experience.
• Proven experience in leading SAP FICO implementation and upgrade projects.
• In depth knowledge of financial accounting, controlling, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with clients and team members.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its financial modules.
• Knowledge of additional SAP modules such as MM, SD, or BW.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Certifications in SAP FICO or related fields.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO consultancy.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
