Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct jobsite safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and preventative measures.
Provide safety training and promote proper PPE usage.
Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Maintain safety records, reports, and required documentation.
Evaluate equipment and work processes for safety compliance.
Support emergency response planning and first-aid procedures.
Lead safety meetings and coordinate safety initiatives with field teams and management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
5+ years of safety experience, preferably in commercial construction.
CSP or similar safety certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
Experience conducting inspections, audits, investigations, and safety training.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to travel to jobsites throughout the U.S.
