Caregivers Needed (Washougal)– Washington State Certified CNA and HCA
SYNERGY HomeCare of Vancouver is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who hold a valid Washington State CNA or HCA license . We are hiring for full-time and part-time positions with daytime and weekend availability . Multiple shift options are available, including 12-hour, 8-hour, 4-hour, and 1-hour shifts . One-hour shifts offer a higher hourly rate.

Responsibilities include:
Providing companionship and social engagement
Assisting with personal care as needed
Light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders and transportation to appointments/errands
Maintaining professional communication with clients, families, and team members
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
We offer:
Competitive pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour (based on level of care)
Mileage reimbursement ($.70 per mile)
Paid orientation and ongoing training

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience
Valid Washington State CNA or HCA license
CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Card (obtainable within 30 days of hire)
Driver’s license and auto insurance
