Job Duties - Connect motherboards (MB) to testing programs and run diagnostics
- Follow SOPs to test, document, and route products appropriately
- Visually inspect motherboards for non-warranty damage
- Accurately complete documentation and traveler forms
- Assist other departments as needed
- Practice safe lifting techniques and proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times
- Meet or exceed performance goals as directed by your supervisor
Requirements - High computer competency (familiar with computer hardware and software, experience working with hardware and software, knowledge of computer system theory, etc.)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- 1 year of hands-on experience in computer or electronics repair
- Attention to detail, Excel/Database entry/use, Problem Solving, Flexibility, Ability to multitask, Team Player, Willing to Learn
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk at various points and for varying lengths of time, and lift (up to) 50 pounds.
- Ability to use hand power tools.
