Job Duties

• Inspect and evaluate incoming desktops, laptops, printers, and server equipment for condition and functionality
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Disassemble, sort, and refurbish computer systems and electronic components for reuse
• Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and basic software as needed
• Document device condition, repair actions, and system configurations in an inventory tracking system
• Support technology lifecycle management efforts by extending the usability of electronic equipment
• Work in a fast-paced, production-style environment while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
• Ensure all repaired equipment meets functional and quality expectations before release

Requirements

• Experience or familiarity with repairing PCs, laptops, or similar electronics
• Basic understanding of both Windows and Mac systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and repair work
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a high-volume environment
